Cooking Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356 ◦F)
- Grease a 7- inch pan line with oil/butter and dust with flour. (lining with butter paper is optional)
- Into a large mixing bowl, add 150 ml (1 cup) of milk and Grainy Day cake mix. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Add 28 ml (2 tbsp) of oil and beat for 2 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C (356◦F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cake is ready when you insert a fort or toothpick and it comes out clean. Allow it to cool before removing from the pan.
